Komos Srls informs you that the personal data you provide and that are collected in connection with a request for information and/or contact via smartphone or any other device used to access the Internet, as well as the data needed to provide such services, including browsing data, will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify the users browsing the site.

Methods and logic of processing, retention periods and security measures

Processing is carried out mainly with the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means and is performed by Komos Srls, which may make use of such means to store, manage and transmit the data. Your personal data, including logs generated by accessing and using the services made available online and the products and services used, will be processed using organisational and processing logic related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

The personal data processed will be kept for the periods laid down by the legislation applicable from time to time, specifically 2 years from the date of collection.
